Rocking chair. Heavy construction, with narrow seat. Arms have mushroom-shaped tenon caps turned integral with front posts. Rear pommels sawed off. Four back slats of increasing height; convex top edge. Woven splint seat of 3/8" splints. Two stretchers on sides and front with one stretcher in back. Relatively short blades, flush with front posts. Lightly stained.
