1828
Description
Wooden shoulder stick with an edge iron on one side. The end is cut down on two sides, one taller than the other, leaving a protruding piece of wood running the height of the edge iron 1 1/8". From this end the shoulder stick tapers and the sides round off about two-thirds the length before growing exponentially to create a foot-like shape. The top and bottom are concavely curved meeting at a rounded edge.
