Description

Square base to circular rim. Black ash splint; uprights are about 3/4" wide, weavers are about 1/2" wide. Double grip, machine-made, ear handles, double-notched that come down on the outside. Machine-made split rim with double lashing. Interior: the base and 5 5/8" up from the bottom are covered with tan-colored rawhide. Exterior: base has four cleats, 5/8" to 7/8" w, and 15" long. Irregular rectangle are of white paint on one side, 10 1/4" x 6" at greatest point.
