Description
Shoemakers tool of unknown use. The blade is oval with the cutting edge and base having elongated sides. At the center of the base the shaft begins. The shaft has eight sides: four sides are 3/16" wide and the other four sides are 1/16". The handle is rectangular at its top and grows in size and rounds as it nears its base. Where the shaft meets the handle a ferrule surrounds the shaft and continues around the edges for 5/16". The wood of the handle is visible for 1/4" at which point there is another thin ferrule 5/32" wide. The butt of the handle is circular with two other circular pieces of wood visible. The center circle is 5/32" in diameter. The secondary circle encircling the center one is 11/32" in diameter.
