Side chair of maple; three back slats, rush seat. Formerly equipped with tilters but tilter sockets failed and were cut off. Turned replacement feet were secured to the rear post bottoms and the front posts cut down so that chair would sit properly, if low. Top slat is pinned in each post mortise. Chair has been stripped and refinished.
