Cherry with scales incised in from either end. Scale at end with "DR" stamp has 1/8" resolution and extends to 18". Scale at other end has 1/4" resolution and also extends to 18" at center. Reverse side has scribes at 2 1/4, 4 1/2, 9, 18, 27, and 31 1/2" with numbers stamped at 9" (1), 18" (2), and 27" (3).
