Apple-turning paddle with a cherry between-centers turned handle notched at one end into which a birch board is inserted and held by iron or steel rivets peened over copper burrs. Handle 7 7/8" x 1 1/8" diameter; blade 1/4" x 8 9/16" x 14 1/8" long. Blade inserted about 3" into handle.
