Between-centers turned (face grain orientation) kitten-head basket mold of white pine. Top carved to a square, with corners slightly proud of the surface which has been relieved. Scribes on the mold at 1/4", 3/8", 9/16" and faintly at 3/4" from the top. 5/8" hole approximately centered in the bottom and drilled blind. Some pin holes at the corners plugged with slivers of pine.
