Description
Carefully worked mold or form of maple, possibly for a fancy goods box. Sides and ends (one flat, one curved) incline slightly toward top, bottom has two 1" diameter holes drilled blind (barely) which slop slightly inward toward center, and the sides and ends have multiple scribes, the most prominent at 1 3/32" and 1 11/32" below top.
