Cardboard bonnet form with eye-shaped opening that is 6 1/8" long and 3 1/2" wide at widest point. Exterior is covered with light blue paper and has bright orange seams and edging. Top of bonnet has rectangle that is 5 3/8" long x 3 1/8" wide made of bolstered taupe cotton. Interior has three slices in crown, perhaps meant to be pleats.
