Basket handle bending form of maple, central wood piece 15 1/8" wide. Black ash retaining strip held to top with three flat head screws. Retainer on one side held on with three screws, and on other side held on with two screws, with center one missing, and an extra unused hole at the end. Two pin or nail holes on the base of the form.
