Weathered, black ash splint. Flat, split rim measuring 1 3/8", attached with nails. 59 nails in total, and bent on the interior. Uprights 1 1/8" wide, weavers 7/8" wide at top and 3/8" wide at bottom. Double grip "ear" handles measuring 1" wide attached on the exterior. Shallow double notched handles, more for construction purposes than functionality, primarily held in place by metal staples. Five areas marked with red paint.
