Description
Cutter for leather washers. The cutter has two blades resembling Allen wrenches, but with flattened blades. The smaller of the two blades is 2 7/8" x 1 1/16" and enveloped by the bigger blade which is 3" x 1 3/8". Both blades are enclosed by the handle, held in place by two thumbscrews. At the head of the handle there is a fixed pivot point.
