5/16" diameter steel cylinder with 1/4" diameter hole drilled into one end extending to within 1/16" of other end. The walls of the drilled end are further saw-kerfed to the depth of the center hole. Finally a 5/32" diameter hole is drilled and tapped into the center of the solid end.
