Applesauce paddle with turned birch end knob and a flat handle/paddle of curly maple. Paddle tapers on both sides to thin end. 13/16" diameter hole through maple portion of handle just below termination of birch knob. Birch knob secured by three 3/16" diameter walnut pins.
