Description

Oval carrier of sweet gum (red gum, Liquidambar straciflua) with swing handle, also of sweet gum. Carrier has two full and one partial swallowtail, glued to overlap and then further secured with copper tacks. Swing handle attached to box over spacers of sweet gum with brass "brad" (paper fastener).
