Description

Large woolen shawl with a 2" fringe on all four sides. Woven in a diagonal twill with black and white plied yarn. Series of border stripes which form a plaid when they intersect at corners. Pattern begins approximately 5" in from all sides and is as follows: six shots of white 1/8" wide, approximately 40 shots of black and white plied yarn 7/8" wide, six shots white, six shots black 1/8" wide, two shots white, six shots black 1/8" wide, and 12 shots white 1/4" wide. These last four colors are repeated three times and the previous shots are repeated in reverse. The total width of stripes is 4 5/8".
