Steel buttonhole scissors with adjustable brass anvil and knurled knob on adjustment screw, a polished steel cutter, flared finer holes, and japanned handles. Anvil calibrated in 1/16" intervals on one side and jaw indexed to length of anvil. 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 labeled on anvil.
