Wooden implement turned and carved from a block of beech (Fagus grandifolia). One end rounded with a 1 3/8" length of 2 1/16" diameter cylinder. Turning then tapers to 15/16" diameter cylinder which expands again about 3 1/2" from other end. At 2" from end, the expansion ceases creating another cylindrical section. This cylinder was then cut to form flat surfaces tapering from 1 13/32" in thickness to 1/2" thickness at the end.
