Chair tape. There are three coils of red tape and five coils of dark blue tape. Tape is about 1 3/8" wide and red coils are about 2 9/16" wide, 3" and 3 1/8" in diameter. Blue coils are 1 7/8", 2", 2", 2 7/8" and 3 3/8" in diameter.
The tape was removed from a Mount Lebanon settee that was re-taped.
