Paper-covered cardboard box with paper label glued to top of lid. Label printed in black ink, "Sugared Nuts. (15 cts. per box.) Prepared by Shakers. Mount Lebanon, N.Y.", with simple, "fancy" border. Lid fits completely over the bottom. Box commercially made. Lid has thumb-nail cut-outs on two sides. Covered with checkerboard paper on top and sides of lid and sides of bottom.
