Glass bottle (.1) with cork stopper. Blue-green glass, mold-formed. In sales box (.2) of blue cardboard printed with black ink. On the front of the box, "Shaker Cough Cure / Contains no opiates / A Safe and Infallible Remedy for Coughs, Colds, and All Affectations of the Throat and Lungs....", with a cartoon of a Shaker sister.

Appears to be an example of an unauthorized use of the Shaker name and image in marketing medicines.
