Table and canted feet of butternut with feet through-mortised into top. Rectangular hole in center divided by a sharpened steel blade crosswise (blade sharpened as a scraper). Forward at this opening are 11 nails inserted through holes in top 1/4" or so and sharpened in the lengthwise direction.
