Description

Half of a bearing pattern of white pine (Pinus strobus) with lead and leather lining the center hole. The pattern had a 2 3/4" diameter hole lengthwise through it; then a 1/16" thick piece of lead sheeting was added, reducing the center hole diameter 2 5/8". Three layers of leather were also installed, reducing the hole to approx. 1 1/2" diameter. Painted black.
