Description

Bow drill. Bow of ash bent to a slight arc with thicker center to inside of arc. Wrought iron nail driven into hole drilled in center. A hole is drilled 1/2" in from either end, the edges are notched above and below these holes, and the ends of a length of cord is inserted through holes and tied off.
