Cloth measuring tape. Cream-colored cloth strip 1/2" h wrapped around wood holder. Holder has two forked ends. One end tapers to other (broken) end 1/4" d. Trip is divided into 1" sections by black lines with a number 1-11 appearing in front of it. After each black printed 9 is a number printed in red; double digit numbers straddle the line.
