Doubletree. Wooden bar with center through-hole surrounded by iron plate. At either end iron brackets securing bar to two more bars, called trees. Trees have circular ends surrounded by iron with hook extending downward. Metal piece secured under trees looped onto hooks. Dark blue or black paint.
