Winnower. Turned wood upright holds crank mechanism. Crank rotates two gears and spins a metal pipe with a perpendicular pipe at end and two wood paddles fit around it. Paddles and pipe are set within a measure with metal brackets. Sits atop a rectangular base with corner cut. Bellows between gears and measure.
