Unidentified artifact. Piece of wood cut in an hour glass-like shape, with one end wide than the other. Approximately 1" at either end are straight while the center is concave. Wider end has holes punched all over leaving a 1/4" around the edge untouched. The opposite end has a number of punched holes concentrated at the center.
