Description

Two rectangular wood blocks. Both are notched; one to fit an iron blade, the other is shallower with a wooden roller enclosed in an iron bracket. On block with roller are two iron screws with scrolled ends. Other block has a turned knob handle on one side.

Notes

Used by harness makers for splitting leather.
