Shoe stretcher. Stretcher handle has knob-like ends, a swollen center, and is painted black. At center extends a cylindrical shaft which is threaded at end that meets shoe-shaped wood block. Underneath shaft, on back of last is an iron hinge. Last is split down the middle and opens when the handle is turned.
