Description

Harnessmaker's vise. Vise has two long jaws butt-jointed and nailed to a block. Jaws have chamfered exterior edges. Through the jaws, near open end, is a screw with a turned handle, which controls how much the jaws open. Ends of jaws curve inward to meet in the middle with half-circle pads. Stained brown-red.
