Scoop back last. Wood block cut in the shape of a shoe. Last has a square toe. 2 1/2" in from the toe last is cut into a wedge. Wedge has a metal pin in front to secure to last and has a last hook hole 5/16" in diameter. Last has a 5/16" diameter last hook hole filled with a plaster-like substance on one side. Heel curve is straight. Seat sides curve inward to form waist. No nail holes on bottom.
