Shoe last. Solid sycamore block of wood cut in the form of a shoe. Toe is almond-shaped. Along the sides of the waist is a line of wooden pegs. Convex heel curve, flat top, and 5/16" last hook hole just below the top. Bottom has nail holes concentrated along the edges, across the heel, and in the middle of instep and toe.
