Description
Shoe last. Solid sycamore block of wood cut in the form of a shoe. Toe is almond-shaped with a strip of leather attached to either side of the forepart with wooden pegs. Across the forepart is a line of wooden pegs. Convex heel curve, flat top and 1/4" through-hole just below the top. Bottom has nail holes concentrated around the edges, joint, and at the center of the heel.
