Galvanized sheet metal hip bath or sitz bath. Bathtub has a circular basin with an integral backrest. On back of back rest there is a ring attached. Attached to rim of basin, below backrest, is an armrest on either side. Front rim dips lower than armrests. Basin sits atop a circular tin pedestal. Joints are soldered; rims of backrest and pedestal are wire-rolled.
