Wooden maintenance cam wheel with a through arbor. Wheel is set in the middle of the arbor. One wheel face is clear; the other has three scored concentric circles with curved brackets with 21/32" w tapered gap in between the score marks and arbor. Integral pinion at one end of arbor. A steel pin extends from either end of arbor.
