Wooden maintenance cam wheel with arbor. Arbor has integral pinion at one end continues through the wheel. Metal pin extends from either end of arbor. Cam is integral to wheel, with two rectangular sections, cut from the wood, opposite one another; across cam face are two pairs of scored concentric circles, interrupted, by the cut-outs. Teeth show signs of repair.
