Wooden center clock wheel comprising a wheel at either end of arbor. One wheel sits on a pinion which has a metal wire bent to touch the wheel's face; this face is scored with a pair of concentric circles. Other side has a three-pointed piece of metal secured by a metal pin through the arbor.
