Description

Straw cutter. Multi-leveled straw cutter. Turned feet below a mortise and tenon jointed open square base. Atop base are two turned spindles and two uprights. Spindles support cutting board. Ends of board are rounded. Cutting board is recessed creating guides to ease straw through cutting mechanism. End of cutting board is notched where is meets blade. Blade is framed by an H-shaped bracket with a turned handle in the middle. Bracket is notched to allow it to slide up and down uprights. Uprights are mortise and tenon jointed to crossbar.
