Description

Foundry pattern of white pine for a stove component. Pattern is rectangular (7 1/4" x 27 1/8") with a rectangular hole 4 3/8" x 7" cut from center. This opening is framed on the outside with a 1/4" (tapering to 3/16" at top) x 3/4" molding glued and nailed to the perimeter of the hole. On the underside of the pattern, the perimeter is lipped with 1/4" x 11/32" strips glued and nailed to the pattern. In addition, six - 1/4" x 11/32" x 3/4" - spacers are glued and nailed 9/32" in from lip to align this component with the ends and side patterns. No finish.
