Heavy cotton or wool woven binding with 1/4" folded over edge. The binding has a mirrored design: 1/8" black/brown; 1/4" red and light brown; 1/4" multi-brown, navy, blue, cream; 1/4" red and light brown; 1/8" black/brown. It appears to be chair tape.
