Description

A cast iron waffle iron. The iron is 6 5/16" x 8 5/16". The iron is recessed and has four sections, each with its own pattern: a grid of cubes, a grid of cylinders, a grid with five rows of four hexagonals with the center two conjoined, and lastly a set of four wavy lines with the same hexagonal sequence of the other grid in between them. The lid of the iron is hinged and has four different patterns: a brick pattern, a diagonal pattern of concave recesses of alternating widths and depths, six vertical waves, and a diagonal set of waves. In the center of each of the iron's face is an iron rod handle. At the end the rod is flattened with a closed hook end. Only one handle end has a figure-8 hook for hanging.
