Description

Iron hanging balance consisting of a beam having a swinging bracket and hook on the top of the left end, two swinging brackets, each with a hook on the left end bottom, and a hook with attached weight that can be moved along beam. Balance has a further hook and weight but it is not with balance at this time. One side of beam scored at 1/16 intervals and all are labeled from 2 to 16. Other side scored and labeled at 5/16 increments from 20 to 70 except for left end which begins at 16 and then goes to 20.
