A paper stencil, which reads: WILLIAMS MANUFACTURING CO / 118 ST. CLAIR AVENUE / CLEVELAND OHIO N.E. The side of the stencil where the text is legible is covered in black paint. The back is light brown with black paint around the cut-outs. There are nail holes in three of the four corners.
