Description

A display shelf stained an orange-brown. The shelf is screwed to a framed back board 5 1/4" from the bottom. The shelf is 15 3/8" w x 4 5/16" d, with a demi-bullnose edge. Set into the shelf is a piece of mahogany 3 1/8" w x 6 1/4" d. The upper face of the mahogany piece is recessed, with a through-hole at center. The through-hole intersects with another cut-out from the end 7/8" w. The shelf sits atop a multi-tiered pedestal that tapers in width and depth toward the bottom of the backboard becoming nearly flush with it. About midway on each side of the back board there is a metal bracket screwed into the backboard that butts up against the frame. The bracket extends forward 2 1/4", has a rounded end and a through-hole 5/16" in diameter.
