Square wooden block. The top of the block has a hemi-spherical depression, 1 7/8" deep, slightly off-center. The depression has a 3 11/16" diameter. On the bottom of the box there is a sticker remnant.
Originally one of a set of four such blocks, used to raise the height of beds or tables.
