Description
Windsor-style bench with turned maple legs, one maple (Acer spp.) at proper left, and one sycamore (Platanus occidentalis) stretcher. Legs are mortised, front legs through and rear legs blind, into a white pine (Pinus strobus). The back consists of 25 turned cherry spindles mortised into the seat and into the cherry (Prunus serotina) crest rail that they support. Clear-coated.
