Box

Description

Lidded box of cardboard covered inside and out with paper of various sorts. Lid fits over an inner lip and is hinged by a strip of fabric. Two red woven strings serve as stops for lid, one broken. Exposed edges of box covered by green paper. This is overlaid with on outside by black paper embossed with a stylized leaf, vine, and flower design. Bottom covered with plain blue paper. Inside of box lid and sides lined with wall paper with tiny leaf, vine, flower design in blue, orange and gold. Inside bottom,lined with gold foil.
