Foundry pattern in two corresponding pieces (a,b). Circular, dark wood with lip about 3/8" wide. Each piece has six holes around the edge 1 1/16" in diameter, one small hole 1/8" in diameter and one hole in the center that is 13/16". Wood plug (c) 3/4" h x 3/4" in diameter fits in center hole and connects a to b.
